Love the way it cuts through the water , foot peddles to control the rudder are easy to use. For me I find the seat quite comfortable and great support for my back. “Bay Sports has sent me two short video snippets to apparently help me fix a problem that shouldn't have happened. I have no idea how to fix a rudder cable, or how this impacts any warranty claim. Can you even suggest who I could take the kayak to in order to get it fixed? I haven't even had it for a week and already it cannot be used as was intended.”

“Great customer service with my questions answered quickly. Only concern was the tracking link showed the kayaks still in the local warehouse when they turned up at my house - luckily I was home! The kayaks themselves I’m very happy with. Got a good test run in choppy windy conditions and performed well. Stable, handled short waves and tracked well. Comfortable seat and knee pads. Looking forward to some overnight paddling trips in them!”
