“We ordered two Aquanauta kayaks, they are a great size for transporting around. Well made and stable in the water. Would have given 5 stars but we had to wait about 2 months for the kayaks to arrive once they were ordered. Tony and the guys at bay sports did keep in touch to let me know about delays in arrival of the kayaks but would have liked delivery to be a bit faster.”
“All the team at Bay Sports ( especially Hamish and another guy I dealt with Tony) were not only professional as well as approachable , but they went above and beyond the normal customer service experience.
Most patient with a ‘newbie’ to kayaking, they gave wonderful advice, were patient and efficient and no request was too much trouble.
I highly recommend the staff for whatever your ‘water needs’ may be. You will be more than happy with the whole shopping experience, as I am. Will definitely turn to the Bay Sports team for any future needs.
