“Does an amazing job of keeping drinks cool! I accidentally left it on the seat of my car in the hot sun and after 20-30 minutes the outside of the bottle was almost too hot to touch, but the water inside was still cold. I was very impressed! It's easy to remove the lid for cleaning, and the bottle is built tough: I've dropped it a couple of times and never dented it. Note; if you don't have large hands, you might find it (the 1.2L bottle) difficult to hold in one hand while drinking.
On that note - I was hoping for an easy-release drinking cap/nozzle that doesn't require 3-4 turns to screw open and closed, but that's not a huge deal. The good thing is that CamelBak have alternative options for that, like the Eddy cap with bite straw, which I plan to get next.”
