“The Deluxe Kayak Comfort seat is fine 4/5 rating. This order was supposed to be delivered 4 weeks ago. After multiple times in follow up with transport company (Shippit), this lost property notice was finally sent to Bay sport for a refund. The next day, Bay sport informed me that a new shipment was on its way and the parcel was finally here 5 weeks from the date of order. I think there is a huge problem with the logistics/delivery system here. PL”
