“My first few hours trying out the Expedition 2 I literally came across hundreds of dolphins in the bay going under my kayak and jumping out of the water next to me and I found I could go really fast alongside them and so fast that they followed behind me. The rudder is great for manoeuvrability wth a comfortable seat. Throroughly enjoyed myself was a magical first day out in this kayak!”

Overall pleased with the boats!
Beautiful to paddle, rudder system that is controlled by feet allows good turning.
The long slender length allows us to cover a lot of distance in 2-3 hours, quick on the water.
Good storage compartments, accessible and make an overnight trip possible with enough food and gear for a day or two.

“Just received my Expedition 2 this morning. I'm 6'4" so the 2 was recommended. Have already had it out on the river and am quite pleased. Excellent build quality, nice finishings, well balanced and overall a quick kayak to paddle on the water, faster than I expected which is nice.
While it was said that they couldn't deliver longer kayaks to my home address they did in fact do so.
Tony was very helpful on Live Chat (even at 5.30pm on a Sunday) and Hamish kept me informed of delivery and followed up to make sure it arrived. Thank you.”

“I can not recommend Baysports enough. I was reluctant to purchase a kayak online without trialling it first but the online chat was a wonderful way of getting all my questions answered by an expert.

The yak itself is an excellent machine. I'm new to touring and took it out with some old hats at this game. A few of them tested it out and rated it highly. Very comfortable and performance is outstanding. Red really does go faster.
