“Incredible! The customer service, the quality of the kayak, the value for money! Everything was amazing, I really enjoyed the process of ordering they were so clear about what's happening with the order. The kayak itself is amazing I love kayaking with it.”
“Upsides: the kayak moves well in the water, tracks well, the foot-operated rudder is excellent. The guys at the warehouse were incredibly helpful.
Downsides: the non-waterproof storage bays are a pain. water easily gets in adding to boat weight and requiring emptying after each use.
The order tracking process is a mess. When I ordered Baysports forecast delivery early Dec, I then got an email 8 Dec asking me 'how's your new kayak?', to which i said 'where's my new kayak?' At this point they discover the one I ordered is not coming and offer me a different colour that had been available for weeks. I wasn't too fussed about colour and went to the warehouse to pick it up, after which I get an email inviting me to 'track' my order.”
