“I received the Nero Kayak delivered in January after patiently waiting for the container shipment to come after the covid hold-ups - I had a footclip come off and I happened to be in Sydney, so wanted to and insisted to; drop in and speak to someone as I am not one too fix things nor am I patient - I met the guys from the warehouse who were brilliant in their service and helped me clip it back in - great guys - whilst I was at it - I spotted the Hi Back Kayak Seat with Booster so I upgraded and I now kayak in luxury - thanks once again”
