“Baysports have great customer service and delivery was prompt. The trolley is easy to dismantle and fits easily through the hatches of my Expedition 2. It comes with a strap - it can be strapped onto the trolley but the trolley design doesn’t really lend itself easily to strapping the kayak on. Its designed as if the kayak doesn’t need to be strapped on but it certainly does need to be. Any uneven ground and the kayak will come off. However, the trolley doesn’t have a solid component on the same alignment as the kayak where the strap can be wrapped around. Its not a deal breaker as it can be worked around. Just could be designed better.”
“The trolley worked well, but after the first use I realized that one of the retaining nuts and springs had fallen of one of the wheels. Obviously needed to check that the nuts were done up.”
