“My only experience has been with the parts dept. I ordered a performance roller set (different sets of weights) and I received 4 sets but they were all the same weights. Irritating but fixable. I initially text you with pictures explaining the problem - no response.
I called and got a promise of a call back - no call back.
Called again and talked to a person; explained the problem- she promised to get right on it and send the correct set - waited - no response.
Called again, talked to her, same promise, unfortunately same result - a promise to send correct parts - waited - no response.
I think I'm on the 4th or 5th call with the same result.
I can't believe someone can make a promise of service and completely fall short so many times.
Service like this will kill a business. Word gets out. I'm no longer your customer.”
