“I truly dislike leaving negative reviews but this product is poor quality. Although it fit as advertised. Exhaust flange is welded in place (not welded in photo on web site) Exhaust flange and header pipe are undersized (.1875 smaller than stock header. They're also .125 smaller than cylinder head exhaust port) , bends in header pipe are partially collapsed on the outside of bend. (all are terrible for exhaust flow) When welding on a flange for the muffler springs who ever welded it started then didn't finish a tack weld helping hold it in place. I had to grind the welds on the exhaust flange so that the nuts mounting it to the cylinder head would sit flat on the flange. Header is air tight but welding in general is sub par. (see pics)
Cannibalized stock header and muffler flange from Bdx header and made my own. After comparing flow rates of the 2 headers. The modified stock header measures a 17 percent increase (rounded to the percent) over the Bdx header. Test did not include muffler. (Stock parts are off a 2021 trailmaster cheetah 200x).”
