“WOW!!! Instant bolt on POWER!!! Not to mention the finish on the pipe, the pictures do not give it justice. Job well done BDX!!! I installed it on my 2005 Carter Talon 150CC, a definite must have upgrade. Nice deep tone without the slip on silencer, not too loud at all. If you need or want to keep the noise level down, a simple quick insert and hex bolt, will solve it. The exhaust is well made, strong and sturdy, AMERICAN MADE!!! I’m definite looking to add more BDX upgrades to the cart!!!”
“I've been building and modifying engines for 45 years. Outside of forced induction or NOS I have never seen a bolt on power adder perform as well as the manufacturer claimed. Then I bolted on BDX PERFORMANCE EXHAUST. BDX backed their HP Torque increase claims with excellent customer service.
For Trailmasterxs new 200E XRX Electronic Control Unit/fuel injection there are 2 bolt on power adders. Uni-filter and a good free flowing exhaust. Both are in BDX stage kits for carburated buggys.
Elizabeth told me it would be no problem for Doug, their tech, to weld it on, she asked me to get the demensions. A few minutes later Doug called.
I asked Doug about the header. He told me how he listened to customer input, making tiny tweaks and finally got a more 'universal fit' exhaust. I have to admit I love the looks. Doug interacts with customers. He strives to give them what they are requesting and there's no short cuts.
