“Very happy with the item itself, but was told they would arrive on July 1st and we did not receive them until July 8th. I did reach out after not receiving them on July 1st and was told that they were short staffed and that they would try to get them out the following day and would try for expedited shipping. I paid $20 shipping and got them a week late. Wish I could have atleast gotten something like a credit for my next order, if I use them again, which I'm not so sure I will. Not even an email from them saying that it had been shipped. Just the automated email. Wish my experience would have been better. We had to cancel a wheeler trip for July 4th due to the hold up with shipping, which bummed out the family.”
