“Took a month to get the engine i ordered. Told updated clutch was out of stock after calling, emailing, and texting for a couple weeks. Would have been nice to know when i placed the order. Cancelled the updated clutch and was told i would be refunded the cost. Never refunded. Additional $50 charge on my card from BDX and no one can tell me what it is for and has not been refunded. Air filter still has not showed up almost 2 months later. Ordered another air filter that did finally show up. Engine was not “Direct Fit” as advertised. Several modifications had to be made. Have emailed, called, and texted about charges never refunded and missing air filter i was charged for with no result. Repeatedly told “it will ship out today” and it never does. Daughter was without her go kart for 2 months and was unable to bring it to our annual trip. Even though the “in stock” engine and filter were ordered 3 weeks in advance. I could have purchased the same engine on amazon for half the cost and received it within a week. Stay away from BDX. I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.”
“I gave it a four because it looks like it is built well and looks like it would definitely be good for my UTV's engine that I bought I have not had a chance to see it in action because I'm still waiting on my cables but I think it might be a good addition to my engine”
