“I purchased this golfcart on July 23 and still do not have the ownership paperwork so I can register it and get my tag for it so I can actually use it. Also It did not come with an owners manual. Otherwise the cart itself seems to be fine and the people in the shop are very polite when I call and ask about this issue but really, where ihe F is my paperwork?”
