“It took several months to get the damper shipped to me. It also took many calls. Each time I was promised it would ship in a few days. Each time I was disappointed to not receive it. I live in a neighborhood so I didn’t want to blast them out. I also Had to insulate the Victory 450 with lots of Dynamat to bring the noise level down a few decibels. Just today I’m having it installed by Moto Member months after paying for it. Nog good not good service at all.”
