“I bought a Rover 300 last Friday and they DID NOT have the title and SMO ready. I place the order 2 weeks before and I drove over 8 hours and no TITLE and SMO. They promised they would overnight them too me. Quess what it's Wednesday and not TITLE or SMO. I called them and the person who told me she would overnight the TITLE and SMO and couldn't find her ( strange). I left my name and number and two hours no response. I was short rubber washers on the windshield and one of the guys said he would send me 3 of them. I have not received them either. I cannot license the Golf Cart in my state without the TITLE and SMO. HELP ME GET THESE DOCUMENTS AND RUBBER WASHERS.
