“Product never arrived. On the courier's tracking it says it was 'refused' but I don't understand how something can be 'refused' if the message sticked on the front door clearly says 'please leave on chair'. Horrific. Terrible is also the fact I have sent emails to Bearing Options and nobody has even got in touch about this mishap with the courier...”
