“First I'd like to start off with how phenomenal Richard was in assisting us with purchasing this couch, he was very prompt with e-mail replies, phone calls and updating me with shipment dates, etc. This couch is great, I've only had it for two months but it is super comfortable, the cushions show now signs of impression or wear and overall it fits our space perfectly!”

“When we began our search for a couch I knew I wanted something with deep seats and super comfortable. I found this couch in a local store (I am in Atlanta) but the owner was never in the store and his customer service was terrible. I decided there had to be a better option so I searched online and found Bed Planet. I contacted Richard and the process was so wonderful and seemless. It took about 5 weeks but I tell you this couch was worth the wait. I absolutely LOVE the couch and get compliments from everyone who sits on it. Delivery was great and Richard continued to follow up with me even after delivery which I really appreciated! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and with this couch. You will not regret this purchase!!”

“Shows the picture of the 3 piece sectional and a price of $1609. We thought, great we like it. Then when I picked the left configuration, price goes to almost $2600.”
