“They delivered it inside the front door, left it in the living room, did not take upstairs or install the bed but delivery was "through the door" so thats what they did. They showed up in a timely manner. Easy, quick, it was fine. I'm glad the mattress has a plastic wrap as it was dirty but the mattress was clean.”
