“I purchased 5 yr warranty along with the chair. My chair broke down needed a repair and notified Guardian in December 2016. Even after many calls my chair is still not fixed. Each time I called , I was told that the part that was needed was coming from China and call back in 2 months to check if the parts have arrived. As of today ( 6/27/`17) , still no answer other then telling me to call Bed planet to see if the parts have arrived there?! Horrible warraty”
