Our biggest aim is to make our customers happy when buying quality bedding.
We only use high-quality, 400TC long-staple cotton for our products.
Percale is natural, OEKO-TEX certified, and not impregnated or chemically treated.
Since the fabric is natural, it is more sensitive to products with an oily consistency (creams, oils, face oil).
When quality bedding or quality cotton products comes into contact with cream or natural oils, they seem to "sink" into the fabric and this can leave a stain.
We sincerely recommend that you try an oil stain remover to remove stains, it is best to choose an organic and gentle cleaner, for example Amway stain remover and spray it onto the fabric before washing. It will not stain or damage the fabric.
