“We first had Kona Big Wave in draft format in Big Island, Hawaii; both my husband and I adored it. My husband has since had draft Big Wave in London UK and thought it was delicious. The canned version of Big Wave is disappointing. It's ok, but certainly not something I'd bother to buy again.”

“The only problem with Beer Merchant's shipment of Kona Big Wave Golden Ale was that there was shattered glass all over the bottles. I think the glass islands on the bottles broke off and created these small glass shards. My friend and I both cut our hands so I'd recommend checking the bottles carefully before shipping them.”

“This is my favourite beer and has been for about 2 years. i can drink it in the summer, the winter, with lunch, with my tea, damn, i'd have it with my breakfast if the wife allowed it. It's amazing. drink it. But leave some for me.”
