“Superb! As described this is a sweet and sour beer. The first taste is dominated by the sour, but thereafter each sip rapidly drifts from sour to sweet. An excellent partner to hams and cheeses.”

“A revelation to me, as a newcomer to sour beers. This beer has sweet notes to balance the sour. Delicious to drink on it's own or with cold meats and/or cheese.”

“Has balsamic vinegar, chocolate, red fruit. It's sweet at the end but tart sour until that point. This is definitely 1 of my favourite beers”

“Most of the bottles received didn't have the labels on so very disappointed as didn't get any info about the beer, plus they were gifts and doesn't look very good giving them with the labels missing ! Could be anything in the bottles !”

“Up to now this is my favourite Belgian beer, it's almost like a wine, slightly sour, it's a refreshing beer and I will definitely be ordering more.”
