A good source of vegetarian protein and a delicious way to incorporate more veggies into your day, our Baked Bean and Feta bowl ticks all the boxes for a nutritious breakfast. With subtle cannellini beans in a rich tomato sauce flavoured with garlic, paprika and chilli and topped with feta you’ll never eat the canned version again.
Heating instructionsMicrowave: Peel corner of film before heating. From frozen, heat for 4-5 minutes. From defrosted, heat for 2-3 minutes. Heat further if required. Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
StorageKeep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

This ones a winner! Very tasty, gooey and very satisfying Great breakfast on a cold morning, would even make a nice lunch. It's so tasty, I can't really believe this is healthy

I absolutely love this breakfast, have had this for 10 out of 14 breakfasts in my two weeks on the program and still not sick of it. Add a couple cups of spinach to your bowl before heating and it's super filling!
