“This program takes the guess work out of dieting and stops me constantly thinking about food - which is a good thing! It's very straightforward - eat 3 meals and a snack and you will lose weight. This is my second time on the program and I've been back for 1 week. The first 2-3 days are tough, as my body gets used to the drop in calories, portion size, and especially for me sugar. But by about day 4 I find that I'm feeling lighter and brighter - I don't feel so heavy and sluggish and I'm definitely feeling more alert and wanting to move more. I'm sure that I'm also sleeping better as well. Giving up my nightly glass of wine/gin and chocolate is a challenge and requires more willpower! Overall the food is tasty and healthy. I don't eat meat, so I wish that there were more fish dishes especially tuna and salmon. Perhaps a version of fish cakes or fish and 'chips'? More variety in the meals on offer would be nice too, especially for those of us that have more to lose and are in this for the long term. But these are relatively minor issues in a program that is simple to follow and importantly one that works.”
