I've never liked the idea of healthy food, and so when I went on this diet, I was impressed with the quality and taste of the food. I also managed to lose 6.22kg on the two-week metabolism. This was weight that I had gained through the year and really struggled to lose. I will definitely be using BeFitFood in the future! 100% recommend!

This is an excellent way of kick starting your weight loss goals. Breakfasts are so yummy and a fab way to start the day, soups are my go to for lunch and the curried pumpkin rocks. I'm not in love with all dinners but I'm a fussy eater so probably too harsh a critic. The choice is fantastic - nice and varied, plus the seminar I attended was so valuable. I would recommend this to anyone - all of the team members do such a brilliant job in assisting with queries.

I am doing 2 weeks metabolism reset with be fit foods. I was a bit hesitant but I have found the meals to be, not only delicious, but very satisfying. I am actually not looking forward to finishing them. Very flavorsome with lots of tender and lean meat in the servings, a delightful aroma when heated. tasted like home made food, I have ordered a selection of different meals and I find myself looking forward to trying them all. Awesome product and service, I will definately use again.

Tough first couple of days... but the awesome results keep you going. Leave my protein balls for ‘dessert’ and look forward to them all day long
