I started with the 28 day challenge and lost 12.5kg. Then decided to do another 2 weeks and it is still continuing to work. So after nearly 8 weeks, with 6 weeks on the BFF rapid reset diet am nearly 20kg down and feel great. Thanks BFF for helping me get back on track and feel healthier and lose the much needed weight

I was blown away by how scrumptious the Lunches & Dinners are. Each day I get to try a variety of soups, curries and South American dishes that are full of flavour and filling. A bit of spice goes along way. Im never hungry between meals which is Fabulous and the program is so easy to follow. After 16 days I have already lost 4kgs.

I've lost 4kgs in two weeks, it's given me the determination to keep going. I love almost everything I've ordered. I've only been hungry for the first few days, but my body soon got used to it. Give this a go, you won't regret your decision. Just do it

Food tastes great! I think there's only 2 meals out of the lot that aren't to my liking. Which is pretty damn impressive. Most ready meals tend to be something I have to "get through". Be fit is actually nice food that I enjoy eating. The only thing that would make it better for me is a dairy free menu. Gluten AND dairy free would make my life.

Hi there, as a clinical nutritionist I am always looking for plans that contain whole foods and are easy for my clients. This is it, I tested it out for myself and lost 5 kilos and have now been able to refer my clients and they too are getting some great results. I wasn't hungry but I learnt a lot about my eating habits. Keeping the salad and allowed snacks up certainly helps the program not feel restrictive. Keep up the great work BBF (love the protein balls too) X
