Interesting . . . I was sceptical, but it works. First few days are not easy and I was hungry. Added more green veggies & herbs into each meal, which worked. Lost 3.3 kg in first week. Amazed and great start to getting Covid kilos off. Food is tasty, small portions, energy is up, keen for 2nd week. Food stacks easily into freezer and its portion controlled so you don't over eat.

Easy, works and cheaper in the long run because not buying food or drink. Tastes good too.
