28 day challenge is fantastic. The support of FB group, access to dietician and the fantastic range of food is amazing

Meals, smoothies and snacks are absolutely delicious I haven't had a meal that I haven't liked so far.. the meals taste like home made meals and they don't taste soggy rubbery or over cooked like other frozen meals Ive had before.

As Week 1 draws to a close I am excited to continue on this 28 day challenge. I am out walking and have now even started a shuffle/jog around the local park.

I have been on be fit before and weight loss has always been great but food wasn't. Now I have great weight loss and food is amazing. I'm really enjoying it and not feeling hungry.
