Melissa went ABOVE and BEYOND any of my expectations. When these Annalise shoes were out of stock in my size, she was quick to offer other styles and resources along the way. I had just about given up when, serendipitously, my size came back in stock in one last pair! I could not believe it! Melissa remembered my email & sent them directly to me! Since I had been looking for the ivory color, but these were white, she had a back up plan to help me connect with a professional dying service, just in case! However, they were (to my pleasant surprise!) actually the PERFECT shade of white - just as Melissa had speculated! Even though my dress is technically "ivory" this White shade matched my gown as if I had custom designed them together.
For the shoes, they are so beautiful - the detail is exquisite and the art deco design - just what I was looking for - perfectly unique. They are so comfortable and I won't need to take them off during the evening. I am so grateful to Melissa for her help completing my vision for my wedding day.”
