“I am not a 'shoe person' at all but I've fallen in love with these shoes! They came exactly as pictured (if not, better!) I was a bit worried about the height of the heel as I don't wear heels often and needed the extra height in my dress, but these are probably the most comfortable heels I've worn. They are true to size with adequate support. I've been practising in them ahead of my big day and so far, so good. The price is worth the comfort alone as well as the high-quality. Cannot wait to walk down the aisle in these beautiful shoes!”

I ordered a 9.5 I might have been better in a 10 but the 9.5 is almost like a perfect perfect fit, it's weird having something fit so perfectly! “I bought two pairs of the same shoe (different sizes) and decided a month later during my dress fitting that they could not work for my dress (they were too tall). I tried to return them, but was told that they had to receive them within 30 days so I was not eligible. This is a terrible policy in itself given that most brides cannot schedule fittings exactly when they receive shoes, furthermore this policy is not in a place on the website nor is it stated on the order confirmation nor was it placed in the package, so how are clients supposed to just know the return policy? Terrible customer service. I went back and forth with a representative for over a month begging to return them, and (I think?) someone agreed that I could send one pair back, but there was not return label or any instructions on how to do that. I then had to travel for my wedding followed by a honeymoon and was gone for a month. At this point I still have these 2 very expensive, never worn shoes that I will NEVER wear. I wish I could return them, but will not have to eBay or sell on a secondary market.”
