Hi Julia! As per our return policy, shoes that have stains or toe prints are not eligible for return or exchange. The shoes we received from you do have stains and toe prints on the shoes which can be seen in the photos we provided you. This means that the shoes are no longer in sellable condition, and so cannot be accepted for return. We advise customers to wear stockings while trying on the shoes to prevent toe marks and try on the shoes with clean feet on carpeted areas to prevent accidental damage. If we were to send these shoes out to another bride, it will be very upsetting to her.
