“Shoes are beautiful.
The feedback from customers as to who don’t buy them are as follows;
- only made to fit skinny girls feet.
-no shoes at all for wide feet.
- They can feel the beading on their toes and it’s uncomfortable
- the low heel could be more popular in an Elsa style shoe, because not everyone likes the straps
- with the more pointy shoes, the toes only reach a certain part, and they don’t like that they can see blue on the inner soul under their toes.
- too long out of stock, when it’s out of stock.
- communication is not as strong as before when it was not in a warehouse.
- frustration is high when an order is placed, but, we don’t find out til the shipment arrives as to ‘what shoe’ has been delivered. We believe the BB team could do a lot better with communication to the customer as to ‘hi you ordered 5 shoes, but only the xyz shoe has been shipped today and this is the tracking number, and the other shoes will be leaving in xyz time, but we will update you when that happens’. At this point we only get the tracking number and then it’s ‘pot luck’ as to what we receive.
- we lose business, although brides love the shoes, we need a shoe /shoes with a platform wedge and a higher heel.
- the range is stunning- we just wish bigger (wider footed) brides could wear it also.
- we love selling the brand, and we will invest in buying more shoes very sink.
