“Absolutely beautiful shoe. Taking off one star because the exchange/return policy sucks. You have to pay for shipping back if returning… so essentially paying $14 to try on a size that might not fit. Additionally 30 day window only whereas retailers like Nordstrom have unlimited, which would have helped a lot for me (Covid bride here - that had to reschedule…). Just make sure you LOVE these shoes for your big day or you’ll be stuck with an expensive pair of unused beauties!”
