“I would say the shoes themselves were... acceptable. They were gorgeous to look at and what I would hope to expect for the price paid. However, what was extremely disappointing was that they came with a very clear note (at least I could appreciate that part) stating for returns there were to be NO marks, scuffs, bends in the sole, etc. I literally slipped the sandal (yes, only one) on ONE time (one carpet) and found it to be much too hard and stiff (like walking on a brick) and slightly too narrow in the toe area for my wide feet. I immediately took it off and placed it back in the bag and into the box to prepare for return. Not only did I have to pay for return shipping, but the cost of my return was deducted 10 dollars from what I paid, even though the shoe was returned in IMPECCABLE condition. So while the shoe may be pretty to look at, I would only recommend if you want to wear something very stiff (read - not supportive) and if you are SURE you will wear them because this is not a return friendly company.”
“I was beyond excited to spend wayyy too much money on these perfect sandals for my wedding (silver, gems, AND pearls!.. All my must haves). Although they nailed the look, I was immediately disappointed with the thin, flat, hard sole provided. I don't complain about uncomfortable shoes much but these had ZERO effort on quality (cushiony) materials. Even still I probably would have dealt with discomfort, but I got to thinking (& feeling!) about the claws that hold the gems into place and was very concerned they would catch and tear the delicate netting under my dress... this was the main factor in returning the shoe. It is a pretty sandal, but VERY similar options are available for a significantly lower price. For me this sandal was a no, but had I been going for a different look I may have still considered trying a flat or heel?!”
“I needed a pair of white flat sandals to wear with a lace dress for my engagement pictures, and was so excited when I discovered Bella Belle. I ordered these Hera sandals and they're absolutely beautiful--exactly what I was looking for but even better than what I thought I'd find! The ornate detail is the perfect complement to my engagement ring, and I especially love the blue color on the bottom. I usually wear an 8.5, but sometimes size down depending on brand. These definitely run true to size, as the 8.5 fits perfectly. I can't wait to pick out a pair of Bella Belle heels to wear for my wedding!”
