“These shoes are absolutely gorgeous, the most beautiful shoes I own and definitely worth the splurge. They are very comfortable, and feel like they are already broken in, even though they are brand new. I will wear them around the house a few times to make sure that they are broken in, especially the area around the peep toe. They feel very secure, like they will be easy to walk and dance in. The padding in the bottom, the secure fit, and the excellent crafting of the shape of it make it almost feel like I don't have heels on, or at the very least feel like they are 3" heels, not 4"! No strain at all. Customer service via email was very friendly and quick to respond, one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I am usually between a 6.5 and a 7 in heels, and I ordered a 7, which was quite a bit too long and loose for me, so I returned them for a 6.5 which fit absolutely perfectly. If you are wondering what the colors look like in person, I found them to look more like the pictures that show the shoe as yellow/creamy ivory with the more metallic tone on the gold portions (rather than the more muted-tone pictures). The blue one the inside and the white bag that comes with the box are so beautiful and bridal! Very excited to wear these in May.”
