“I'm a positive person by nature and usually leave very positive feedback on items i've purchased, so I will say the quality of fabric is used in the production of this product feels luxurious to wear.
I love leggings and wear size 14 leggings almost daily, which I have purchased from different manufacturers & stores. They fit comfortably and don't require constant adjustment, so I purchased size 14 from Bella.
Putting them on was easy. They were definitely long enough in the legs, they also fitted the circumference of my legs comfortably. I also had no problem pulling them up over my stomach and buttocks, so felt they were a good fit. I was confident I had chosen the correct size to purchase. They looked lovely on.
Unfortunately, my excitement about my purchase was shortlived. The waistband rolled down everytime I stood up or sat down! This meant I had to pull the waist back up each time. So frustrating!!!
Also, they gradually slipped down as I walked and left noticebly gathered fabric around my knees.
From now on I will only be wearing them, simply so the purchase won't be a total waste of money, when I'm going out for short period of time, such as out to lunch, as It would annoy me to have to be pulling them up constantly if I wore them for an entire day.
I definitely don't feel they are firming.
I emailed the company to let them know. I got an emailed apology back but the message was basically that they weren't aware of other customers having this experience. They didn't offer to refund the cost of the unworn 2nd pair or provide a credit. I have been left feeling they didn't care, dispite my letting them know I was a first time customer. This has therefore left me totally dissatisfied. I won't be purchasing any more of their products as a result.
Before making a purchase I recommend other first time customers read the company's returns policy and that you perhaps only purchase one pair of this product if you haven't bought them before so you can try them yourself first, in case you aren't happy with them and find yourself stuck with more than one pair, as I have, given they certainly aren't inexpensive.
To end on a positive note; I didn't have to wait weeks for them to arrive.”
