“When I received the hair I wasn’t aware of the return policy and I went ahead and opened the package.. when I held the hair I realized that I was very little and that I rather a pack the was fuller so wanted to exchange the product. But it wasn’t posible due to the return policy.. you aren’t able to see if the color of hair is what you like if it’s not taken out. I believe the product has to be examen... I won’t buy again because I don’t know what to expect if you can’t really see the product... on the other hand the ponytail I did like.”
“Had this product for almost a year! I only use my extensions for special occasions and the extensions are wonderful! I got jet black but should have gotten the off black. The extensions blended with my hair anyway. I also purchased the carrier w/hanger bag to keep my extensions safe and pretty for the next use. I 110% recommend their product!!!!”
