“I ended up exchanging for the 22” and never even opened these because I realized my own hair is over 18” and would only add volume if I was to use them. I guess you can use them for big sexy hair if your hair is on the thinner side.”
“Hair was shedding and coming apart immediately! When I put heat on it the hair would burn off like it was synthetic! I contacted customer service even sent pictures and they were absolutely no help”
