“This was my second purchase for extensions, I had fell in love with my first pair but after having them for so long, it was time for some new extensions. After I ordered my second pair of Bella Mi extensions I was excited but soon to be disappointed when I tried to flat iron them, THEY BURNED FROM THE TIPS looking like if I had a bad hair cut. Now I know it had nothing to do with the flat iron because it is the same one I was using with my first pair of extensions. I am truly disappointed in the quality of extensions I received.”
