I feel like the videos all over social media are not accurate. My voided sticker, was already voided as soon as I open the package. Which tells me they probably sent me a used package. And they don’t let you return things when the stickers voided but they send you a sticker that’s already voided lol. I will never ever ever buy this hair again and I don’t recommend it to anyone”
“I have shoulder length hair. I thought it would be cool to change from long to short so I got the Piccolina 18”: You only get 7 pieces in this style. It’s not as easy as they make it. You can still my short peaking out. So I tie my hair up and put on a hat. And the pony tail:, that’s a solid 1 start., It doesn’t stay on, wonder why it’s free with order. So for me it’s not a good fit . I’ll be using them for Halloween.”
“Maybe I did something wrong but I washed the ends with the same products on the website but the ends of my extensions keep getting matted and don't look as silky or kept together. They appear as dry split ends despite conditioning and leave in spray. They're beautiful extensions but not a great first impression”
