“This set also is already tangly prior to the first wash and heat use. The color is great and the clips are very secure/don't pull out hair.”

“These were ratty and thin with split edges. I also got the 20" hair and the same problem happened. I am a loyal customer and am disappointed that I got a very thin and not so great batch of hair that tangles often.”
