“Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We got the extensions because my girl had cancer and lost alot of hair.paid extra for rush delivery, took a month. Customer service never apologize.She was very happy at first with the hair but the extensions lost alot of hair and they look thin and stringy now. It's a shame you can't replace at least a couple of her strips. She deserves it. We spent almost $400. It's sad”
“Paid for express shipping.. called the customer service, they said I'll have to just track the package. I tracked it and asked for pick-up.. they said ok. But when I went to pick-up.. it's not available to be picked-up!!! NEVER GOT TO USE IT FOR THE EVENT!!!”
“The hair is good but the clips suck. 3 have already started coming off and I’ve only had them a couple weeks. My sally Beauty cheap extensions have lasted far longer. Which sucks I really wanted to LOVE THESE. I’m gonna try other brands before I try these again.”
