“I have been getting Bellami Extensions for a long time and I just recently registered my account. I have never ever had a problem with the quality. However, this time I received them in and 2 clips on my three clip extension piece snapped and broke. I was extremely mad and this has never happened to me before. I didn’t bother to call because I figured they would have just told me there’s nothing they could do which wouldHave pissed me off even more. The packaging it’s self looked like it was run over by a car. Again I will say this has never ever happened to me before when I have ordered Bellami but the extensions are not cheap and when I have to forfeit wearing a three clip piece out of my set, it really sucks.”

“I received my package and sent it back to exchange the color on 7/6/18... I had to call back on 7/13/18 to check on my order status and they reshipped it that day I got a call stating the amount I paid was refunded so I called back a paid again fedex never delivered my package it was returned to Bellami now Bellami is waiting for the returned package I still have not received my order I called today and the girls in customer service are of no help no one can tell me why my package was never delivered this experience has been horrible don’t think I will ever order from this company again”
“Horrible service there was an extremely long delay in the date package was shipped. Being that I needed these to arrive by a certain date because I was going on vacation I had to reorder and pay Express shipping which I feel I shouldn’t be paying for because it was not my fault for the delay.”
