“The hair extensions I bought to use for my wedding were mislabeled with the wrong colour, and came in a much, much lighter colour than any 'variation from dye' could produce. I compared my mochachino brown extensions with the same mochachino brown my friend had bought from Bellami, and also with the 'dark brown' colour that someone else had bought from your website, and my mochachino ones were FAR too light and golden coloured, and matched the 'dark brown' colour instead. When I raised this with customer service as an issue because I now didn't have time to order new ones for my own wedding, couldn't use these and also didn't trust the colour I'd get to be correct a second time, all I received was a copy/paste answer from your websites FAQ about returns. That was extremely unhelpful and I could have looked that up myself. I'm extremely disappointed that I was not able to have hair extensions for my wedding due to a Bellami error, and that I paid for something that I can't even use. When a mistake is made through no fault of your customer and inconvenienced your customers, I would expect a more personalized response offering a valid solution, rather than an email telling me to send my extensions back and reorder them, after I made it clear I didn't have time to do this before my wedding. I certainly will not be ordering any products from Bellami again, nor will I be recommending you to any friends or family.”
