“This was my first time purchasing with Bellami Hair and it was a great experience. I chose the wrong shade at first (dark brown 2). Bellami made the exchange process quick & easy. When I got my correct shade (mochachino 1c) I was ecstatic that it matched my hair color perfectly. I wear them almost every day since I got them about 3 months ago. They look so nice without washing for a long period of time. I've worn them straight and curly, both ways look nice and natural in my hair. Before I knew about Bellami I used another company for years and Bellami's extensions are better in comparison in my opinion. I got the least amount of hair, 120g 18inches, but I was surprised that they have a good amount of hair on each weft and they seem longer than 18 inches to me. “Accidentally ordered the wrong shade for my extensions. What a hassle to exchange. First, the customer service line just kept hanging up on me for 2 days straight. I emailed them a few times with no response. Messages on Facebook and got a generic message in return telling me to call the customer service (which isn't working). Finally get an email back and she wants me to send a pic back of what I want to return.... I'm more than aggravated at this point. Finally get the email to send it back. THEN you have to pay PayPal another shipping fee to finally get the correct extensions. Just a hassle. I put way too much effort into the exchange than need be.
But I love my extensions. Super soft. Dark rich color. Few strands of coarse gray hair mixed in but I just pluck
them out. I would purchase again because the price is great for the product but I will double and triple check that I ordered the right product before submitting my order to prevent the PIA exchange system they have.”
