I placed an order during one of the promotions where the include a complimentary faux ponytail, however, they sent me the ponytail in the wrong color. That was very disappointing, as not only was the ponytail the wrong color, but it took approx 6 weeks to reach me in Canada.If the company is running low on promotional items, the company should inform the customers ahead of time, rather than continually send more promotional emails advertising the same item.
