“I gave two stars because although I love my extensions I had a lot of trouble with the delivery. I paid over 100 pound for my extensions so didn't expect a further 30 pound fine for having them shipped to the UK. They were held by customs until I could pay the fine. I'm used to paying a maximum of 10 pounds by customs for items coming from the US so I think in future Bellami should warn their UK customers that the fine will be significantly in excess of this. Unfortunately, if I had known prior to check out this would happen I probably would not have bought them.”
