“I am unable to use the 4 clip wefts because they are too big for my head... The hair does not hold curls & it definitely needs to be brushed through out the day.. I love the length & the color matches perfectly. Not heavy & clips hold very well, I'm not afraid that they will fall”

well i would love to give a full marks but I CAN NOT becuse your customer was awful. I bought the hair and I was meant to get a free travel pouch and never got it. My delievery to the UK came 4 days late. when i emailed and called to find out what happened no one responded.
LOVE the product but not impressed by the aftersales service very horrible. so not going to order from here again.”
“The first time I ordered my Bellamis, it was the Dark Brown colour, and it was too light for my hair (oops! It's hard to tell over the internet with photos). But I was able to exchange that colour for the Mochachino Brown Piccolina 18 inch. Just got them in the mail yesterday and am SOOOOO happy that this colour *perfectly* matches my hair colour, no need to dye or anything! The colour and texture is just like my own hair, and believe it or not, I had so much hair in that I didn't have to use one of the 3-clip wefts! So much hair. My hair is originally fine and thin so the Piccolina 18 inch extensions were perfect for me, because the weight and amount is hair is fairly realistic to what would look "real" on my head (its still a lot). However, I noticed that in comparison to my hair with extensions, my real bangs look kinda thin in comparison...so I think I will get myself the Cleo bangs to thicken up my real bangs! This is my first set of any type of extensions.”
