“Actually to be honest I was thinking of writing my review on my purchase one of these days and it saw this email. I had a very bad experience with my purchase and I had never expected it from Bellami considering my first purchase was very smooth and satisfactory. I ordered Picolina as I had known the quality of Bellisima and I really got how it was advertised and marketed but Picolina was just the opposite. I had seen a review of a customer who was also dissatisfied and had mentioned that sometimes Bellami does not ship the right Human Hair as advertised to some of the clients and will send good quality hair to clients only if they are requested via Instagram or any other social media. I ignored this since I had already purchased my first order and I dint really agree with comment made. However with my second purchase I seriously believe it's true. The quality of Hair was not nice, the hair was extremely thin and not thick till the bottom usually advertised on the website. It was total waste of money and I am sure will never recommend it to any one. Oh yes not to forget the time it took to arrive, my package was mistakenly sent to another destination and I had to literally chase for it many times every day with DHL and see the status of the shipment. It was certainly an awful experience.”
“My first time buying hair extensions; instead of 3-5 business days, it actually came in 7 business days... and when I took the hair out of the packaging it smelled like rubber and had some plastic-y strings mixed in with the hair. They match pretty well with my hair, but they hurt and feel heavy on my scalp. (I believe I wore 4 or 5 pieces) I'm not sure if all hair extensions feel like that, I assume they do though. They are also kind of hard to stick on, but I'm sure with practice I'll get better and it'll be easier. I will be cutting them so they blend in better since my hair is cut in a V-shape, but other than these small things I'm pleased with how soft they are. This is my first impression since I just received them today, I have yet to use products or hot tools on them.”
